Quick Tower has been awarded the Leed Platinum Certificate by meeting the requirements of the certification level established by the US Green Building Council in the LEED Green Building Rating System and verified by the Green Building Certification Institute.

Quick Tower was awarded the grand prize in the theme of “Future Projects” in the category of “Best Commercial Project” at the 2014 Cityscape Global Fair.

As a result of the inspection, it was determined that all the necessary criteria were met in terms of the measures taken and the activities approved in our building, and Quick Tower was entitled to receive the "TSE COVID-19 Safe Service Certificate".

Quick Tower has been awarded the Zero Waste Certificate in 2021.

Quick Tower won another award with its unique architectural design at the World Architecture Community Awards, where more than 100 projects from all over the world.

Quick Tower was awarded in the “Best Office Development” category at the European Property Awards. Awarded with “5 Star”, Quick Tower has earned the right to represent Turkey in this category at the International Property Awards.

Quick Tower was named the best in Europe in the "Best Commercial High-Rise Building" category at the International Property Awards.

Quick Tower was awarded in the category of "Commercial Renovation&Restoration" at the European Property Awards. With its project featuring the demolishment and subsequently the reintegration of an idle building into the city, Quick Tower was awarded in the category of “Highly Commended”.

Quick Tower was selected as the best in Europe in the "Office Development" category at the International Property Awards.
