Shareholding Structure

The company changed its trade name to MHR Gayrimenkul Yatırımları AŞ on 30.03.2021 by taking over AND Anadolu Gayrimenkul Yatırımları AŞ of Quick Sigorta AŞ ve Corpus Sigorta AŞ, which are the subsidiaries of Maher Yatırım Holding.The company turned into a real estate investment trust on 12.01.2023 with the title "MHR Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ" after its application to the Capital Markets Board.
