Transfer of AND Anadolu Gayrimenkul Yatırımları A.Ş. to Maher Holding has been completed

With the completion of the share transfer process, which has been going on for a while, Mr. Tuncay Özilhan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Anadolu Group, and Mr. Mahmut Erdemoğlu, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Maher Holding, have come together.

100% of the shares of AND Anadolu Gayrimenkul Yatırımları A.Ş., the active assets of which include the AND Kozyatağı building, were transferred to Quick Sigorta A.Ş and Corpus Sigorta A.Ş companies, which are the subsidiaries of Maher Yatırım Holding A.Ş. 

After this transfer, the ownership and building management of AND Kozyatağı building, which is one of the assets of AND Anadolu Gayrimenkul Yatırımları A.Ş., passed to Quick Sigorta A.Ş and Corpus Sigorta A.Ş. companies.

 

 

 

 

After the completion of the share transfer process, Mr. Tuncay Özilhan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Anadolu Group, and Mr. Mahmut Erdemoğlu, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Maher Holding, have come together at the Anadolu Group headquarters, and expressed their wishes that the said agreement would be beneficial for both parties. Maher Holding CEO Mr. Levent Uluçeçen and Quick Sigorta General Manager Mr. Ahmet Yaşar also attended the meeting.

 

 

 

 

 

The AND Kozyatağı building, which has won many national and international awards, consists of a 25-storey A+ office building and retail shops with a construction area of approximately 72 thousand square meters and a leasable area of approximately 36 thousand square meters.

 

In addition, AND Kozyatağı, built with the theme of “balance” by the world-renowned German architectural firm HPP Architects; With its modern and timeless design, spacious office and lobby areas, large meeting rooms, high parking lot and fresh air capacity, it is an A+ project with the LEED Platinum Certificate given by the American Green Building Council (USGBC).

 

AND Kozyatağı building has 6 meeting rooms and a conference hall with a capacity for 200 people, as common areas. In the building which has become operation in beginning of 2016, there are management offices of many national and international companies from different sectors such as pharmaceutical, petro-chemistry, informatics, banking, food and market research.
