Ataşehir Barbaros Urban Transformation Project

An urban transformation project is planned to be developed with residential and business areas on the land registered on the lots numbered 2195, 2196, 2197, 2198 & 2199 located in Istanbul Province, Ataşehir District, Barbaros Quarter.

In this context, according to the Land Share and Flat for Land Construction and Real Estate Sales Promissory Agreement to be signed between the land owners and our Company in the project area, the proportional distribution is determined as 55% for the land owners and 45% for our Company. 

The Board of Directors of our Company included the following real estate from 51 lots in total with land quality (15.164,25 m2) in the urban transformation project, i.e.:

On December 5, 2023, 6324,45 m2 of 25 lots registered as the lots numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 on map sheet 2195 & the lots numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 on map sheet 2196 in Istanbul Province, Ataşehir District, Barbaros Quarter.

On January 3, 2024, 8839,80 m2 of 26 lots registered as the lots numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 on map sheet 2197 & the lots numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 on map sheet 2199 in Istanbul Province, Ataşehir District, Barbaros Quarter.

As of January 23, 2025, the percentage of Flat Owners/Land Owners singing a contract with our company reached 85%. Negotiations are ongoing with other flat owners/land owners.
