On May 16, 2024, within the scope of our Company's current investment strategy, to acquire regular rental income, the real estate “Workplace” at entrance 15, on 21st floor in the independent section 159 located on the main real estate registered on map sheet 8625 and land lot 7 in İzmir, Konak district and Mersinli quarter, appraised to have a total market value of 30,690,000 TL (VAT excluded)(according to the Appraisal Report issued by Akademi Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. owned by Mistral Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı Anonim Şirketi) is decided to be acquired at 30,600,000 TL + VAT and the title deed transfer transactions were finalized on May 20, 2024 and included in our Company's portfolio.
According to the valuation report issued by TSKB Valuation and applying the market approach, the market value of the company’s office in Mistral İzmir is 35,340,000 TL (VAT excluded) and 42,408,000 (VAT included) as of 31/12/2024.
