The QFlats project, implemented by QC İnşaat in partnership with MHR GYO, was unveiled to the public at a ceremony held at Quick Tower. Located in Kurtköy, the project offers a pioneering collaboration model supported by earthquake engineering analyses, building completion insurance, and institutional auditing processes.

MHR GYO is leading the real estate development, while Tepe İnşaat, a well-established Turkish company, is serving as the contractor. Earthquake technical analyses are being conducted by Allianz Teknik, building completion insurance is provided by Quick Sigorta, and project coordination is being handled by QC İnşaat on behalf of Quick Sigorta. All construction risk and liability insurance is being provided by Corpus Sigorta. Integrated Project Management is managing the project, while Tago Architects is handling the architectural design.
