Ahmet Yaşar stated that today was not just the groundbreaking ceremony for a project, but also the birth of a significant model, saying, "New Standards in Safe Housing: Everyone's Right." He continued:
"Today, we are laying the foundation not just for a housing project, but for a model we have been working on for a long time, with the hope that it will serve as an example for Türkiye. As our esteemed General Manager, Mr. Levent Uluçeçen, has always said, we did not establish these institutions to provide contracting services. We have come together to create exemplary models for Turkey in the non-banking financial sector. MHR GYO, which previously invested in the High-Speed ​​Tunnel in Istanbul and corporate projects in Izmir and Ankara, is crowning its investments here with a residential project for the first time. In a country like Turkey, which is at risk of earthquakes and where safe and durable structures are essential, we are working to create an 'insured safe housing project' and present it as an example."

In our project, for which Tepe İnşaat was the contractor and Allianz Teknik conducted earthquake performance analyses and approved the project, Corpus Sigorta identified risks through preventive insurance measures. They prevented avoidable risks. To mitigate the negative consequences of unavoidable risks, Corpus Sigorta provided both construction all-risks insurance and liability insurance. As a key component of the "Safe housing is achieved with insurance support" model, Quick Sigorta provided building completion insurance. Quick Sigorta commissioned QC İnşaat to oversee site inspections and overall coordination of the project from beginning to end. As stakeholders in the insurance industry, we plan to implement this exemplary model in all our other projects across Turkey, starting in Istanbul.

Beginning his speech by thanking the stakeholders, business partners, and team members, Emin Murat Kan continued: "We immediately began work as soon as we received the permit in November. Excavation and preliminary work for the project have been completed. We began concrete work last month and are currently breaking ground; we are very happy. Of course, completing the project is perhaps even more important than starting it. As they say on construction sites, 'You will be neither at the beginning nor at the end.' This is problematic: starting a project, bringing it to life, obtaining permits, planning, and structuring it... Eventually, the money runs out, the funds run out, the deadline arrives, and the team leaves... But thankfully, I have completed every project I've started. Another important point is that there is no possibility of this project ever ending.
