INSURANCE INTEGRATED INTO REAL ESTATE PROCESSES
In his speech at the launch, MHR GYO General Manager Nurkan Kaçmaz stated that the QFlats project, which was among the investment plans during the IPO process two years ago, will add value to both investors and the future of urban living. Kaçmaz noted that MHR GYO's capital reached 1.24 billion Turkish Lira with the capital increase completed this year. He said, "With our strong equity structure and sustainable growth strategy, we are taking firm steps toward our vision of becoming an insured project developer that integrates insurance security into real estate development processes."
Kaçmaz emphasized that the QFlats project, developed by MHR GYO, was implemented with a next-generation business model that brings together strong and reliable stakeholders in the sector. A TRIPLE-TREE MODEL HAS BEEN DEVELOPED
MHR GYO Real Estate Investments and Project Development Committee Member Emin Murat Kan stated that they are pioneering a new era in the real estate sector with their first housing project, QFlats.
